Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by location but generally take 7-15 business days for standard global shipping.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! We want everyone to experience LYSA RITUAL. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
3. Are there any hidden fees or customs duties?
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your local government's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking
4. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey in real-time.
5. My tracking link isn't updating. What should I do?
Tracking information can take 24-72 hours to update in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping email. If it has been more than 3 days and there are no updates, please email our support team.

6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
7. How do I request a refund or exchange?

8. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
