Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at LYSA RITUAL. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, unsealed, or consumed, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-refundable.
3. Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at lysaritualgummies@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Once your request is received, we will provide you with the return details and instructions on where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
