Shipping Policy

Welcome to LYSA RITUAL. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our standard delivery time is estimated to be between 7 to 15 business days depending on your region and country. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or peak seasons.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery status online.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

LYSA RITUAL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc.). Customs processing may occasionally cause minor delays beyond our original 7-15 business days estimate.

5. Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team at lysaritualgummies@gmail.com so we can investigate the matter with the carrier.
